Service Description
A parent-focused session to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and daily routines. Parents leave with greater clarity about their child’s needs, guidance on whether Capable Kids is the right fit, and clear recommendations for next steps and services. Parents receive: - Discussion of current concerns and daily routines - Review of developmental, sensory, and regulatory needs - OT-informed perspective on participation challenges - Guidance on service fit and recommendations - Clear next steps and suggested support options
Cancelation Policy
- Initial consultations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. - If Capable Kids needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, parents will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session.
