Capable Kids, LLC is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality, pediatric occupational therapy–informed educational services. The following Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled across all Capable Kids services.

General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all services are non-refundable once delivered. This includes individual sessions, consultations, in-person services, online services, and group offerings.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Completed sessions

• Missed appointments

• Late cancellations

• Partially used service packages

• Group sessions or workshops once scheduled

Initial Consultation

• Initial consultations are non-refundable once completed.

• If an initial consultation is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, payment may be refunded or applied as a credit at Capable Kids’ discretion.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed consultations are non-refundable.

OT-Informed Developmental Support (Online & In-Person)

• Individual sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are considered used and are not eligible for refund or credit.

• Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe unless otherwise stated.

Parent Education Groups

• Parent Education Groups are non-refundable once scheduled.

• If a group session is missed, refunds or credits are not provided.

• If Capable Kids cancels a group due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, parents will receive a full refund or credit.

Exceptional Circumstances

Capable Kids understands that unexpected situations may arise. In rare circumstances, credit or alternative arrangements may be considered at our discretion. Requests must be made in writing and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Service Changes or Cancellations by Capable Kids

If Capable Kids must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Families will be offered a rescheduled session, credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Acknowledgment

By scheduling or purchasing services with Capable Kids, families acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, as well as all related service policies.
